American Blonde Ale
Brewed with Amarillo hops, light and crushable with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel, crisp finish and slight bitterness.
This fruited Pastry Weisse was a Moore County collaboration among Southern Pines Brewing Co., Railhouse Brewery and Pinehurst Brewing Co. Brewed with 50 lbs of Granny’s Blueberry Donuts, the beer was conditioned on blueberry puree.
West coast style Amber, slight malty sweetness from caramel malts. Early and late charges of Simcoe give this one a nice sticky bitterness!
This Imperial Stout was rested on a hefty serving of Madagascar Vanilla Beans. Extremely rich with a chocolate velvet like marshmallow mouthfeel.

Head Brewer Eric Mitchell knows how to make great beer. His Citraquinch’l from Heist Brewery in Charlotte consistently ranks among the Top 10 IPAs in the U.S. And last year, people braved the winter cold to buy a new release of his bourbon barrel-aged stout, Cataclysm. We’re lucky to have him. Come thirsty.
